Operational Policies of The Vincent Vineyards and Winery
GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE
VINCENT VINEYARDS AND WINERY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXCEPTION
MINORS UNDER 21: AND I.D. CHECKS
Anyone under the age of 21 is permitted in the tasting room while an adult is in attendance or making a purchase. Also on our Vineyard Terrace areas with the same supervision. If you appear to look under 30 years of age you will be asked to present proof of such with a valid State issued Drivers license.
THE VINEYARDS:
Because of inherent safety hazards, that are associated with the aspects of a Farming operation Winery guests are not permitted to enter into any of our vineyard areas at any time unless accompanied by Vincent Winery staff. Or are participating on a structured Vineyard tour.
TASTING ROOM POLICY:
Our tasting room main bar area has very limited service areas and space: sound carries. Please be considerate of our servers and other guests that are here to enjoy a paring experience. It is for that reason that we do no allow gatherings inside our main bar area for any parties larger than 6 people. Groups are not generally allowed indoors during normal business hours. With the exception of inclement weather. Groups larger than 8 but smaller than 12 must make arrangements in advance for a tasting. As per Santa Barbara County Tier 3 winery ordinance we can not accommodate any private group that is larger than 11 people, unless it is a Vincent Club V event.
TASTINGS:
Tastings for our wine parings are on a first come first served basis inside at the bar or outside on the Vineyard Terrace areas. Unless previous arrangements have been made in advance with the Winery.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Cash, Debit, Credit, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. We do not accept personal checks.
SMOKING:
We do not allow smoking of any type anywhere on our property, inside or outside. This includes all types of e-cigarettes and all current vaping devices. Please do not ask!!
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
Vincent Vineyards takes the consumption of alcohol and its control in the sale of such very seriously. This as mandated by Federal and State Local Laws. A person or persons who appear to show signs of intoxication while on premise will be refused additional service at Vincent Vineyards. Guests who arrive at Vincent Vineyards who appear to be or are intoxicated will be refused service and barred entry to our facility. We are a zero tolerance facility for alcohol abuse and its effects on our guests and Vincent staff members. In cooperation with local law enforcement agencies. And as the circumstances of any event might dictate please know that local law presence will be called to intervene on behalf of Vincent Vineyards and its Guests as to protect our rights under the
ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL License laws as issued by the State of California. This policy is Non-Negotiable.
LIMO PARKING:
Vincent Vineyards does provide a dedicated Limo parking area, just adjacent to our Vineyard Terrace area.
PETS:
Only service pets are allowed inside the tasting room. Non– aggressive pets are welcomed outside. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. We do provide water for your pet and ask that you take the responsibility to clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed to wander at anytime and are asked to be kept on their leash.
FOOD AND OUTSIDE BEVERAGES:
All outside Food and Beverages (specifically alcoholic) are not allowed to be brought on to the estate for consumption by our guests. At anytime and for any reason.
PRIVACY ON THE ESTATE:
Vincent Vineyards & Winery, is designed with our Winery building that houses a Tasting Room and winery Production facility. We also share that space with our private residences. We are posted at the end of our parking lot gate that “ No Public access is allowed beyond this Point” This is specifically for Car and Pedestrian access into the residence areas. We ask that you respect that privacy at all times as a guest of Vincent Vineyards.
HANDICAP ACCESS:
Handicap access is provided for our guests with those needs, Parking, Pathways, Bathrooms and Bar area.
